MB Selangor, Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim, telah mengarahkan pegawai dan juga anggota Dewan Undangan Negeri Selangor supaya tidak pergi ke Pejabat Suruhanjaya Pencegah Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) sekiranya dipanggil untuk siasatan atau untuk direkodkan kenyataan mereka kecuali jika pegawai SPRM sendiri datang mengadap di pejabat mereka.
Tanpa sedar Tan Sri Khalid telah menunjukkan kecenderungan kerajaannya atau pakatan rakyat (PR) untuk menjadi sebuah kerajaan diktator, untuk menyalahgunakan kuasa apabila diperlukan untuk melindungi maruah diri, parti dan orang yang diharapkan dapat melindunginya.
Dia cuba untuk menunjukkan bahawa kerajaannya tidak perlu menghormati polis atau pihak berkuasa kerana orang politik yang dipilih oleh rakyat lebih berkuasa daripada rakyat biasa. Jadi tidak perlu hadir di balai polis atau pejabat berkaitan seperti rakyat biasa yang disyaki melakukan rasuah, menipu, mencuri, membunuh dan sebagainya.
Pandangan sepintas lalu seolah-olah dia hendak melindungi hak rakyat, tetapi di suatu aspek yang lain dia hendak menjadikan wakil rakyat lebih kebal dan lebih istimewa daripada rakyat biasa dari segi undang-undang negeri dan negara.
Dengan perbuatan ini, kita boleh menjangkakan jika PR menjadi kerajaan, apabila keadaan memerlukan mereka akan menambah kekebalan dari segi undang-undang demi melindungi keburukan mereka kepada pihak polis dan rakyat. Tanpa sedar akhirnya mereka akan meningkatkan kekebalan mereka sehingga setaraf dengan raja, Sultan dan juga Yang di-Pertuan Agong atau mungkin lebih lagi.
Tidak semua diktator, facist, autoritarian yang sedar bahawa mereka mengadakan undang-undang dan peraturan tertentu untuk melindungi suku-sakat dan kaum keluarganya sendiri apabila diperlukan demi untuk mengekalkan kuasa sendiri.
Mungkin hari baginya juga telah hampir, maka beliau mencegah ‘kemaluan’ bagi dirinya sendiri.
